    People forget that the pool of talent to select your team from is not the draft class. The pool consists of the current roster, the draft class and free agents that you have identified as potential team members.

    The other issue is the salary cap.

    The game is: How do you field the best team possible given the talent pool at your disposal with the financial resources that you have?
